Head Start Registration
Garden City’s Head Start registration will be April 28 and 29 in the Office/ Parent Room from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Applications will be taken for children who will be three and four years old by Sept. 1, 2008.
Please bring birth certificate, immunization record, and medical insurance for the enrolling child, along with social security cards for all members of the household and proof of income such as: W-2 forms, income tax return, recent check stubs or TANF.
